Duo of waffles with maple flakes - 16

2 homemade waffles filled with maple flakes, served with fresh fruits, maple whipped cream, roasted pecan chips, maple syrup and vanilla ice cream.

Sugar shack plate - 25

8 hours braised ham with maple, apple and maple sausage from the Jean Talon market, bacon in maple syrup, baked beans with bacon, maple scrambled eggs, yak creton from the East Bolton Yakiti Yak Farm, crisse ears, sweet pickles, toasted rustic bread, breakfast potatoes and mesclun.

Double Benedict - 20

2 poached eggs on rustic bread, maple-braised ham for 8 hours, pink peppercorn hollandaise sauce, served with mesclun and breakfast potatoes.
Vegetarian option: Ham replaced by button mushrooms, Chambly oyster mushrooms and baby spinach.

Duo of French toast with raspberry ricotta filling - 16

2 slices of French toast filled with homemade raspberry ricotta cream, served with homemade blueberry sorbet, fresh blueberries and maple whipped cream.

Sugar shack cassolette - 23

Duo of potatoes and butternut squash, onions, bacon, herb sour cream, slices of market sausage, au gratin with Lemeric cheese (cousin of French Reblochon) and topped with a poached egg.
Vegetarian option: Sausage and bacon replaced by button mushrooms, Chambly oyster mushrooms and baby spinach

Crispy cajun chicken waffle - 21

Crispy Cajun-spiced Québec chicken on a waffle with avocado purée and old cheddar cheese gratined, homemade honey mustard sauce, baby spinach and mirror egg. Accompanied by mesclun.
Gourmet option: Add crispy bacon + $3.

Sugar shack sweet plate, to share ... or not ! - 20

Composed of : 1 maple flake waffle, 1 French toast filled with raspberry ricotta cream, 1 pecan and maple sugar scone, 2 choux pastries filled with maple mousse, 2 sugar cream, fresh fruits, maple syrup and maple whipped cream.

Sweet and salty waffle - 20

Cheese-filled waffle topped with apples, double-cream Québec brie, maple leek fondue and garnished with vegetable pickles. Accompanied by a fruits ketchup and mesclun dip.

Salty French toast - 21

Homemade French toast topped with homemade poutine sauce, then garnished with market mushrooms, crispy bacon, old cheddar and poached egg. Accompanied by mesclun and breakfast potatoes.

Salmon gravlax - 24

Salmon gravlax with ice cider and maple syrup on a slice of toasted rustic bread, spread with mimosa duck eggs, red onion pickles and capers. Accompanied by mesclun salad.

Temps des sucres beer - 9,50

Strong black beer brewed by 4 Origins microbrewery with roasted malt and the addition of maple syrup which gives notes of coffee, chocolate and caramel.
